Introducing Wellbeing Walk Thursdays
The Swettenham Foundation has partnered with Chester FC Community Trust to launch their own Wellbeing Walks, offering a fantastic way to connect with nature and enjoy gentle exercise in good company. Led by newly trained walk leaders Charlotte Houghton and Anna Price, the walks take place every Thursday at 10 AM, starting from King George V Community Centre in Blacon. The route follows the scenic canal and through the Countess of Chester Country Park, lasting 45 minutes to an hour at a relaxed pace. Afterwards, participants can enjoy refreshments and a friendly chat—a perfect way to start the day!

Swettenham Foundation Donate to Dee Point Primary School
The Swettenham Foundation have proudly pledged to support Dee Point Primary School in their bid for a new outdoor shelter.
The ‘Dee Point Stars Shelter’ will allow the children to access daily outdoor learning sessions which will foster a love for nature, a commitment to sustainability, and a sense of peace and well-being for future generations.

The Swettenham Foundation are pleased to introduce Charlotte Houghton, who has recently been hired as our new Community Outreach Manager.
